Neutron's long-term sustainability depends on active community participation. We are implementing a progressive decentralization model.

• DAO-Lite (Phase 1): Initially, governance will be "DAO-Lite," where the core team proposes updates, and the community provides feedback via Discord/Telegram polls.

• Voting Rights: As we mature, voting power will be decentralized. Voting rights are earned exclusively via Staking or Vault Node participation.

• Treasury Transparency: We commit to publishing Monthly Treasury Reports, detailing all expenses, grants, and revenue generated by the protocol.

• Grants Program: A portion of the DAO Treasury is reserved for community proposals, including marketing initiatives, tool development, and ecosystem partnerships.
